Author Bio: Shyam Amladi is a senior officer with a large international bank. His previous assignments included co-founding of a business with one of the world's largest automobile companies. He is currently on the faculty of Commercial Finance Association, a premier industry group for banking professionals. Shyam's interests when not conducting banking, include travel, writing, music composition and teaching. Shyam lives in the Chicago area with his wife and son.
