Author Bio: B K Sinha did his B.A. (Hons.) and M.A. In History from Patna University in 1966, and joined C.R.P.F. As sub-inspector and gradually promoted to various capacities, such as Inspector, Dy. Commandant and finally retired as commandant. He was awarded with several medals for his commendable performances. During his job tenure, he did his LLB and possessed a prolong service experience. Being vowed towards academic sphere since inception, he is now indulged in writing.
