Author Bio: Dr. Priya Rao holds Doctorate in Law and worked in the Subordinate Judiciary as a Civil Judge initially. A product of Delhi Public School, she pursued higher education at Indraprastha College, Delhi University. Her interest in intellectual pursuits brought her into the field of academics. A prolific Writer on issues of law and Development Dr. Priya Rao Contributed thought provoking and knowledgeble articles to many National Journals and keeps presenting papers in National and International seminars and workshops.
